Yesterday was Dave's Birthday (Happy Birthday Dave) and we were able to celebrate with some of our close friends, some family, and Ethiopian food! Many thanks to one of our friends who brought the food over! It was so much fun to finally be able to try injera (spongy pancake like bread). You use the injera to pick up your meat-no need for any utensils! Dave has had it before and Hannah wouldn't try it because she said it looked like poop! :) I (Erin) actually enjoyed it though, which I was glad about because I hope to be making it in the future!
